In 3 months, now, all the Stuck In Plastic crew and friends will gather for the next toy safari.
We will spend three days taking pictures of toys and basically having fun.
If you are not familiar with the concept of a toy safari, I invite you to read some posts from past participants who will join us once again for this incredible weekend.
After the previous meet-ups in Stockholm, Hamburg and London, it was decided to go on the lands of William Wallace . So, this time, the safari will take place in Edinburgh, Scotland on September 15th/16th/17th.
All the old friends from past safaris will be there and the new comers are more than welcome to join. You will see, it’s addictive to participate to those events.
How to register?
It’s pretty simple. We have created a dedicated page on the blog on top gathering all the information. But to sum up, you simply need to join the Facebook event we created and the Facebook group in which we discuss the plans for the weekend. People are already booking their flights and their accommodations. So, if you want to tag along, don’t hesitate to join the discussions.
And if you don’t have Facebook, leave us a comment or send us a message via our contact page and we will get back to you.
So start preparing your toys, your knights, your bagpipes, your Star Wars characters, your haggis and more. And be ready for some great adventures.
And in case you could not be with us, you’ll be able to follow the group on social media with #SiPgoesScotland2017, the official hashtag for the safari.
See you soon,
And because the word for this month is Craftmanship, I decided to try a technique that I do not use a lot: HDR, for High Dynamic Range imaging. It consists of merging an underexposed picture with an overexposed one to increase the dynamic range of luminosity.
Don’t hesitate to try this technique and tag your pictures #SiP_Craftmanship.
