Seattle, I will miss you …

Seattle is only a weekend away. Five days before some awesome toy photographers (and old friends) will meet for a weekend of shooting plastic together, sharing stories and toys alike. Photo bombing each other shots and sharing techniques while discovering the most beautiful spots of Seattle and surrounding. Sure, I will miss you all and already feel a little bit jealous of the memories I will have to miss out while meeting old and new friends alike.

So, what better way to spent a cold rainy Sunday afternoon browsing my lightroom collection of memories from my trip to Seattle last year (winter is coming for sure here in the Nordics, no more sunny adventures, Mike).

The Wall
The Wall. Not sure if it is still available, but this organic work of art and friendship has a special place in my heart … plastic taken to a completely different level.

And we are talking plastic. Boy scout plastic. Cindy, I would have loved to meet up again and look forward to the images you will share with us …
And then there is offcourse the beautiful scenery of Seattle beyond plastic. If you are like me, dont miss your chance. Shot a top of the space needle ...

I will miss you, Seattle !
I cannot wait to see all your images on all things social.

PS. Big Inc. is calling this time and I just could not get away from the Darth assignment this time. No Seattle for me this time, and I will have to wait for Hamburg later this year (reserve the tentative dates in your calendar, 23-25 September 2016)

It’s kind of reassuring to know I’m not the only one to miss this event because of work obligations. Even though I still haven’t attended to a toy safari and thus don’t have any person to miss, it was something I was looking forward so much that I was ready to cross the Atlantic for it. When the toy safari was first announced I knew it was going to be tight to conceal it with work but I still had hopes that I could make it. I really hope to be able to catch up next time in Hamburg!
