I’ve talked a few days ago about the Inner Child and how it became my goal after our toy safari in Paris. It’s already been more than two months but… In this blog post, I wanted to share a few moments of that weekend that were all about exploring our Inner Child in Paris. There’s a new ride in town
La Chiron
Billund, Friday 1st June, 9:31 AM
We find ourselves in the LEGO House where the crew of Bugatti and LEGO are in the midst of revealing the latest masterpiece. The new LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron. The inspiration for this plastic masterpiece is a mid-engined two-seater sports car developed and manufactured in Molsheim, France, by the French ultra-luxury supercar brand Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S.
A powerhouse that goes from 0 to 400km/h and back in the blink of an eye (41.96 seconds to be precise).

Fun
Toy Photography and Fun
At first, fun seemed one of the easiest words of our little project. For me, fun is the main reason why I started both photography and toy photography. Some four years ago, I was looking for a new creative hobby. I ended up buying a camera, and after, I eventually went into the attic looking for my old LEGO collection. It’s been fun since the beginning and only keeps on getting more fun over time.
But because this word is so important to me, coming up with a single photo that best represents it appeared to be more difficult than I thought… Continue reading “Fun”
Holidays
Hāligdæg
The word holiday comes from the Old English word hāligdæg (hālig “holy” + dæg “day”). The word originally referred only to special religious days. Today it means any special day of rest or relaxation, as opposed to normal days away from work or school.
In Sweden, we just finished the Midsummer celebrations, and in the Northern hemisphere most people are looking forward to a smaller summer break, also called summer holidays. At least in the Commonwealth nations, while the US may just call it a vacation – although today is a holiday. Happy 4th July !).
A new month. A new word. A new challenge. And the first half of the year completed. Continue reading “Holidays”

Review 700
We love reviewing LEGO sets here at Stuck In Plastic.
Some we get from LEGO and some we can’t resist to add to our portfolio because we have an image in our head we have to shoot.
And sometimes we just bump into the perfect stranger.
Love at first sight.
A must review. Continue reading “Review 700”

Objectives
Woody and Jessie are taking their objectives seriously this year.
When we launched the first word reflections and made the connection with objectives, an image of Woody doing something with optic glass entered my mind. Words do that to me, they make me jump from one word to the other on to a different meaning and then sometimes there is that one image, linked to a word. An association made, an image that must be shot. I am sure that some of you will recognize the feeling. Continue reading “Objectives”

Caterham Seven
The Caterham Seven is a super-lightweight sports car produced by Caterham Cars in the United Kingdom. It is based on the original Lotus Seven, a fun sports car sold in a do-it-yourself kit by Lotus from 1957 to 1972. A built-it-yourself car that was originally delivered without any assembly instructions to avoid the hefty tax on ready-to-run cars (it did include a disassembly instruction instead). So when our favourite build-it-yourself plastic brick company asked if we wanted to test drive the new Caterham Seven R620 LEGO Edition, we Woody jumped on the opportunity and volunteered to take this beauty for a test drive.
