It is a wrap.
Floating Bricks 2018 closed its doors and we are truly honoured to have been part of this magical adventure. 2 days really on the docks of the Hamburg Harbour, together with ten thousand (yep, 10K) visitors enjoying Floating Bricks and a lot of square meters of awesome plastic-ness.
I am sitting here in my hotel room in Hamburg, tired but oooh so happy to have seen hundreds (or should I say thousands) of kids and adults alike, looking at our images and sharing laughters and joy when they discovered something in our images and shared it with both friends and parents.
Thank You.
Thank you, Floating Bricks for having us. It was amazing.
Thank you, Stefan for doing all our ground work.
Thank you, dear visitors, for smiling and sharing your happiness when you looked at our pictures. We love you. It is your smile that made my weekend. Thank you.
Some Pictures.
Too tired to write much more after two days of awesomeness so here are some images from Floating Bricks 2018 to share my joy and happiness while I already start to feel nostalgic …
Day One. Ten minutes before the grand opening and Stefan is … …getting the final touches in and making sure they are all nicely aligned with Fabio’s. Silence before the awesome flood of visitors … And so it began. Our view fore the next two days, streams of visitors nicely queuing up to enjoy the full plastic awesomeness of Floating Bricks. And we had guest stars for a surprise shoot on the floor. Now somethjing looks out of focus here. Curious if Maelick got a better angle #WhereIsMaelick Some folks were looking at their phones for other things as LEGO, but most people used their phones to take pictures of our pictures. Curious if these awesome guests are sharing pictures or checking our latest IG stories … Yep, that is us. YouTube Star walking up to the Studio. Getting ready to go live … Isn’t that Michael of Promobricks? The star of the weekend. Panda. Thank you, SteinHanse, for the awesome organization … A big, big, thank you to Jan and Pia and all the awesome folks of #FloatingBricks2018. You rock! Our little set up. It is a wrap. Time for pizza. And a very special thanks to our own Stefan for organizing and doing some ground work of SiP in this awesome exhibition.

I hate to say, but yeah it was. Next time we have to sneak you in one way or the other!

It was an honour to share the wall in exhibition with your beautiful photos! Two days crowded and with a lot of people who enjoyed everything! It was also a pleasure to talk with you guys about our common passion! Hope to see you again soon!
Thank you indeed! Thank you, Hamburg Führer, Jan, Pia, Martin and everyone else for preparing and proving such a fabulous show! Thank you, Fabio and Elizabeta, for being great “neighbours” during this weekend (hoping to seeing you in a not too distant future). A massive thank you to Boris, Wiveka, Julien and Bettina for traveling all the way and making this a weekend to remember! It was a great time with super people, incredible builds and lovely impressions. Hoping to come back next year…
This looks like it was so much fun <3<3<3

Fabio, the pleasure was mutual.
And as discussed we should pursue that little secret project we talked about :)
