Hello again, Hamburg
While most everyone will probably be working on their idea of recognition or already be preparing their nostalgia I´ve got some great news for you: We, the StuckInPlastic crew, will be showing some of our artworks at this year´s edition of the Floating Bricks exhibition on the 17th and 18th of March!

Here´s an excerpt from the press release
Floating Bricks – LEGO® Monuments on March 17/18, 2018
For the second time in Hamburg, on March 17 and 18, 2018, we are presenting a LEGO® exhibition organised for LEGO® fans by LEGO® fans. The fan community, Stein Hanse, will display impressive constructions in the exhibition titled Floating Bricks – LEGO®Monuments.
The Cruise Center Altona will be accommodate the Floating Bricks exhibition in a space measuring 1000m².
The presentation displays LEGO® constructions created by LEGO® fans of all ages, featuring monuments and exhibitors from Hamburg, Germany, and all around the world. Visitors can experience the various monuments in a unique interpretation and composition. Every LEGO® genre, from Architecture to Star Wars, will be represented. A special attraction, of course, will be the giant mosaic of the Elbphilharmonie successfully constructed by last year’s visitors.
Visitors will be invited to participate in further interesting activities which will take place during the exhibition.
A collective construction of the Michel – one of the Hanseatic city of Hamburg’s classic monuments – as a LEGO® mosaic
Visitors will be invited to replicate the Michel with LEGO® bricks on a 2x3m surface. A small section of the whole building will be built with help of a construction plan. This will take place in the presence of the visitors, with the aim of completing the mosaic by Sunday afternoon.
High-speed construction of a LEGO® MiniElphi
Who can build the Elbphilharmonie quickest? As the original building took so long, everyone will be interested to find out how long it will take to construct the mini version.
LEGO creative building corner
Young and old are invited to use their imagination and create their own constructions. Thousands of LEGO® bricks in this building corner await whoever wants to make use of them.
Another interesting feature is the LEGO® visitors’ map
This is where all visitors can immortalise themselves with a LEGO® brick. There will also be a competition for visitors with amazing prizes (e. g. An MSC cruise from Venice, a Cap San Diego day trip on the Elbe, a weekend break including hotel, barge trip and city tour) awaiting the builder of the best construction
